With all of the amazing talent out there, I know you have many options to choose from. I whole-heartedly thank you for choosing Six Seasons Photography! By placing an order on the website, you are hereby accepting the Terms of Sale set forth below. Please read through them thoroughly, as they may be updated at any time. Your continued use of this website constitutes your binding acceptance of any updates or changes. Don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
PERSONAL USE
With each purchase of digital images, prints and/or any other physical product from Six Seasons Photography, you are granted permission to use the images for limited personal use. This includes displaying your images on personal websites or sharing on social media. This does not grant you commercial use privileges, nor does it grant you copyright permission. All copyright ownership of the images remains exclusively with the photographer, Amanda Lowe (aka: Six Seasons Photography). If you received a print release with your images, this grants you permission to have copies made of your photos for personal use.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Unless otherwise discussed, agreed upon, and noted, because of the custom nature of photography services and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Six Seasons Photography are non-refundable. However, if you have any issues regarding damage to your product(s) as a direct result from shipping and through no fault of your own, please contact me to discuss options.

All content appearing on this website as well as SixSeasonsPhotography.com is the explicit property of Six Seasons Photography and is protected by copyright law. TYPOGRAPHICAL & PHOTOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Six Seasons Photography attempts to be as accurate as possible when it comes to pricing, typographical, and photographical depictions of services and products for sale. In fact, I like to think of myself as somewhat of a perfectionist. However, with that said, I am only human and as much as I try to avoid them, mistakes do happen. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or any other content on this website or on SixSeasonsPhotography.com are always 100% accurate, complete, or current. In the event that human error does occur and a service or product is priced or described incorrectly due to typographical, informational, technical, or other error, Six Seasons Photography reserves the right to refuse/cancel any orders placed for that service or product and provide a detailed explanation for the cancellation.
JURISDICTION
Six Seasons Photography is based in Stafford County, Virginia, and you agree that any legal action brought against Six Seasons Photography, shall be governed by the laws of Stafford County, Virginia without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of products or services or orders placed through this website or SixSeasonsPhotography.com will be adjudicated by the appropriate Stafford County, Virginia court system.
SALES POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and you are authorizing Six Seasons Photography to collect payment via the payment method you have specified during checkout.
